  "They are liars and treat their customers like they could care less about you! I needed a unit quickly and they were the closest unit available to where I was located. Upon shopping around later saw cheaper rate for same size unit couple miles away. Called North Windam Self Storage because their website clearly states they will beat any competitor's rate by 5%. Was told "their system was down they would call me back". Weeks went by no call so called second time. This time they asked where the better rate was asked my unit number and told me they would see what they could do get back to me. Again another week went by no call. This time the lady was rude and said "I don't know what you're talking about I don't have any specials running". I told her their website states they would beat prices and I was 3rd time I called to have adjusted. The lady rudely responded with "well there's nothing I can do your MORE THAN WELCOME TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!" They must not want or need your business because they rather have a empty unit than adjust price few dollars."
