Viewing the property was fairly easy, but i completed an application on a property that is STILL SHOWING as available and no one has tried to contact me to let me know if i was approved or not. I don’t even think my application was reviewed. I have tried contacting them through phone and text. I have left voicemails, and yet no one was ever reached out to me. Just money wasted on application fee that was never reviewed. I feel discriminated against. I feel that once i sent them a photo Id for me to view the property they then automatically declined to review my application due to racial discrimination. Not to brag, but i bring in a great income so i know i can afford the property. No credit score has been ran (i have an app on my phone that would have notified me if my credit was checked) and no phone call has been made to me. I’m highly disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend renting from a property who discriminate there tenets before even getting to know them.

I applied for an apartment at 7am this morning Wednesday March 3, 2021. At 11 am the apartment was taken off the website because it had a lease signed on it. Translation they already had someone about to rent it, yet allowed people (plural) to continue to apply and pay $20. After a not so pleasant phone call, my money was refunded. Buyer beware.
