  The friendliness and trust that NW Recycling responded with for our community project to build a Tiny House for a local Vietnam Veteran was one of the first amazing shows of support we had to begin & finish a home for Victor (which will serve other veterans as well in the future) . Every time I reached out to Chad to see if another month of shipping container use would be okay, there was nothing but assurance that they were on our team til the end. This was truly unexpected, amazing & of course helpful for holding building supplies and tools. We are so grateful for the kindness & generosity shown by this company of people who are an integral part of our community, going way back. Thank you NW Recycling!

  *BE AWARE* Make sure you weigh your materials before dropping them off. I have been there only a couple times; the first time I didn’t weigh the material I was dropping off , and when I Looked at the receipt it all seemed ok. The second time I weighed everything with my own scale before I stopped by. As soon as I got there, I told them what I had and they proceeded to put the materials on their scale. At that moment I got a little distracted and didn’t pay much attention to the numbers they came up with. It wasn’t until I saw my receipt when I noticed that they only put less than half of the material weight compared to what I got with my own scale. I talked to them about it, and they took care of it right away, supposedly they got a couple numbers mixed up. I know that we’ll make mistakes at some point, but if we don’t have an idea of much materials we’re bringing in, how will we catch this mistakes ?.......

  To James and our valued customers. We feel bad that we made a mistake on this transaction. While James was still on-site, we talked to our employees and learned that we transposed a number for the weight of one of the items when we were weighing the material. This was not an intentional error and we use certified scales so it is not a situation where the material was under weighed. As James pointed out in his review, we immediately corrected the weight and his payout when it was brought to our attention. We are confident that this is a very rare occurrence. We continuously review our processes to eliminate the potential for mistakes and we always make it right for the customer when a mistake happens. Northwest Recycling management

  The most reliable and fast service I've had in a long time. I got my inquires responded to immediately and the delivery the next day. Customer service was so good and when you are crunched for time and stressed to boot, it's crucial. After some research I found that the rates were lower as well. Thanks Guys!
