So very helpful with all the appropriate boxes needed. The three guys who moved us worked their behinds off all day!!! They were awesome. The people behind the desks we so friendly and also giving us expert advice! Thank you so much!

Customer service was great. Super smooth and transparent transaction from start to finish. HOWEVER - They are rather "Optimistic" on their storage unit size - advertised a "12x40" unit, which in reality, is a 11 1/4 x 39. You may think I'm nit-picking here, but some of us have specific requirements (like being able to plan for what goes into storage)

An absolute rip off!!! Rented a van and was told to return with same amount of gas. Well I returned with a little more and still got charged an extra 39$ for “refueling” charge. I would absolutely never trust this business. The employee Marc had no clue all off the damage the van had prior to me renting the van. Not to mention all of the debri in the van. I had to clean to van before I could even load anything into it. Do not give your money to these liars and thief’s, taking money from hard working individuals.
