I called Northwest Self Storage looking for a very small unit and the gentleman was kind enough to refer me to their other facility as all the units were larger than I needed. I called the other location and the gal on the phone stated they would be closing soon. I told her my situation and she told me to come down. Tiffany was AMAZING and kind!!!

Terrific service, very professional, Fred the manager took incredible care of me. There was a question of whether my furniture would fit through the door and Fred offered to go get his tape measure and help me determine that. Would highly recommend them, this is exactly the way you want to be treated as a customer!
