Oakes Hauling was hired through my GC. Things started off well with the job and they got right to work. In the middle of the job Oakes Hauling reported that the job was bigger than expected and attempted to renegotiate the price. During the conversation the owner threatened to dump a load of garbage in the front lawn of the property if the new price was not paid. After they were off the job I noticed that the had dumped large pieces of foundation that they were paid to remove into the creek bed. I called them and they reported they didnt do it. When I explained that they were the only ones with heavy equipment they responded "Well we got paid so we are happy."

I would highly recommend Oakes Hauling! I called several different companies to get a price for a dumpster. James answered the phone and answered all my questions. His price was great, he worked quickly to get me a dumpster when I needed it and kept in contact with me when I needed it removed. Great company to work with!

I have used Oakes Hauling twice , the office staff responds quickly and are very professional. The drivers have been courteous , prompt and treated my property like their own. Dunpster were placed where I asked they be and no damage to the area . Best in the business !
