they just keep going up in their prices it's not worth it

Reggie, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am.sorry that the prices were too steep. We strive to balance quality and price. We regularly check our competitors and try to be below their prices. We did not increase rates for more than 2 years, during Covid, and then, only moderate. Most storage facilities raise rates monthly...some, daily. With increased wage requirements, taxes, and heightened inflation, rate increases, if even moderate, are necessary. Everything is out of control lately - especially, the cost of living. Seeing as how your reason for rating us so low is price, I ask you to please reconsider the rating. Please know that your opinion does matter to us. Thank you, again, for your feedback. Best of luck to you!
