  Good prices! But if you ever decide to move you better sale whatever you purchased from them. Because you will have to go through hell and pay a ridiculous price. Still waiting to have mine moved since July 2021 been moved since August. Still getting the run around call Monday then call middle of the week then end of the week then next week. The monthly payments are convenient but there is a price to pay for customer service. never would I recommend this company to anyone. The drivers are also independent so whatever fits their schedule and price is what you pay and you can forget about where you want to put the building the driver picks the most convenient and easy place for him to put it.

Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds is not involved with the moving of buildings once they've been purchased or rented. On your behalf, we checked with the building rental company that's reference in your original agreement...and they're familiar with your case. We realize our reply to you is late and we apologize for that. We hope the situation has been resolved by now...but if any issue with the move still remains, we recommend that you make contact directly with the rental company that's noted on your lease as Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds was not involved in any communication regarding the move.   NO PROBLEMS with the Shed,really good quality. We love the shed. If they offer NBC RENTALS FINANCE ''DO NOT USE''unless you understand their policy. Make sure you have time to Mail it before the due date.I thought I could pay over the phone or even online on the Due Date. But to do that there's a 3% Fee. NBC had wanted payment b4 the shed came. They have no clue if or when the shed is delivered. But the shed came 6 weeks later then they expected,pandemic reasons of course. So she gave me a different due date Nov 1st. The shed came in September, I called NBC they told me my 1st payment still wasn't due November. What I thought was the 90 days started Nov.1st. No it started the September. But they still told me my 1st payment was STILL due November 1st.So CONFUSING. I'm glad I called so the payment came before the due date. Please mail it so it gets to them in time

  I am writing this review as a former Old Hickory dealer for approximately 2 years. I felt strongly that I needed to share my experience. In most cases the buildings were built okay. The reason that I say okay, there were many times I noticed the paint was sloppy and some of the 2x4's were out of square or cut short, and I've seen a fare amount of buildings. Now here is my real reason for writing this review... The way they treat their dealers is extremely poor. Poor training, poor communication, just poor customer service. Jesse was my rep from old hickory, he barley answered his phone when a customer had questions and I needed answers, I never saw him and he was at times down right rude. Then I received the email that they were terminating our business relationship April 29th at 6:13am, by 2pm all the sheds were off of my lot without any warning. They told me the reason was because of low sales, but Jesse(or any other rep of old hickory) ever mentioned it once, never called a meeting to discuss, nothing. Then as usual Jesse did not return my calls. I had customers in the middle of a purchase, I had open proposals out there and I didn't have any instruction on what to do next. Finally, 3 days and someone from old hickory answers me. He proceeds to tell me that I cannot go through with my sales. I worked hard on those proposals and earned those commissions. Essentially they pulled the rug out from under me and cheated me out of over $1500. I have sold several buildings on my lot and was never informed, not once, that my sales were low. Poor company structure, poor representation from their mid west rep Jesse and just overall poor customer service.
