  Do NOT use this company. Where do I begin? I’ve used them 3 times total. The first 2 times they were great however this most recent move has completely ruined my perspective. To start they were an hour late. We lived in a 3200 sq ft 4 bedroom house. Not a small place. And they brought a 4 man team with the same size truck as my prior moves. Ok fine whatever. Before they arrived I brought about 90% of everything in the house to the front room in order to expedite the process and save some money as they do not always reach the quoted price. This did not matter. They took almost the entire day at the original house and were complaining about the 18 minute drive to the other house. They said they may not fit all of the furniture in one trip however decided to go through the DUMPSTER IN THE DRIVEWAY and take out old furniture (on our dollar) to store in the moving truck they said wouldn’t fit all of our stuff. More than once I came outside to see them in the dumpster looking through for our garbage or hanging out on one of our kids bicycles. They took nearly an hour trying to decide how to get our panel bed from upstairs to downstairs without taking it apart as there were a lot of screws. Only upon telling them that they would not need to reassemble the bed did they finally decide to take it all the way apart. They broke a piece off of our dining table and said it was already broken. They took chunks out of the walls. They didn’t even need to bring 3 separate beds 1 couch and 3 dressers as I sold them ahead of time and yet still it took forever. They left the house without telling us they were leaving it and left their hand truck in the garage which they didn’t retrieve until later. That’s not all though. After they arrived at the new house it was apparent they were frustrated. It was later in the day and they knew they were going to stay later than 430. They reassembled only the dining table and left a piece (not even the original one they broke off,) on the table for us. They charge per item wrapped and decided to over wrap things like the diaper genie that was empty every single chair and cushion and a screwdriver. A SCREWDRIVER. They charged us the entire quoted price regardless It was one of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had and I recommend you find pretty much anywhere else.

  Do not hire this company. I hired this company for my father's move from my home into his own apartment. I set the appointment up in advance and was given a time slot for Sunday 11/18/18 between 12:00pm-2:00pm. I received a call stating the movers would be at my home by 2:00pm. By 2pm no one had showed. The next time I heard from this company was at 4:00pm. I was told their moving truck broke down and they would not be able to come at all on this day. They offered me a $20 discount and said they could come the next day. This company promises a "anxiety-free" move according to their website and I couldn't disagree more. I canceled the appointment with Olympia Moving and Storage. I called "All my Sons" instead and seamlessly scheduled an appointment for the next day.

  I would like to thank the movers at Olympia Moving and Storage for working so arduous with my move. I know I used to be not a simple customer and everyone was so good to me the whole method through. Even after I was confused and possibly even a bit rude, you all have been so patient and sort to me 100% of the time. That makes you a very useful company. My move could not have gone better, except my stress ranges of course!
