  "It's a cash operation for the most part so there's that. $145 per hour and $145 for the truck. The three guys with a truck is the usual setup and they arrived and got started. Attempted to charge me for certain wrapping materials but I soon put an end to that. Everything was pretty much boxed and dismantled so they moved efficiently if not quickly. It is not a white glove affair so some items were scratched and one lamp shade was stained. Who knew that lamp shades were so expensive and difficult to replace. They should have wrapped them or covered them. I have used this company three times and I would use them again. The crew has usually been a little rough around the edges but I am now use to that and at least I know what to expect. I would insist that some items be covered or padded to avoid scratches and of course box and dismantle everything to insure a quick move."
