  I definitely recommend this company, the movers were very professional and courteous. I felt they valued my items and my time. The women that answer the phone are very warm and knowledgeable. I will use this company on any future moves and and recommend using this company’s service.

  While moving day experience was great - on time, professional, good communication, hard workers, since the move has been the complete opposite. We had several items of furniture damaged - this happens in a big move - I have spent the last 2 months trying to get response over phone and email on next steps and continue to get deferred. Not a company I would recommend as they will move you and then not stand by contract and become unresponsive after you’ve paid.

  WARNING, AVOID THIS COMPANY. I hired these people to unload a POD unit into my living space. I have generational antique furniture, and left instructions before booking on handling it. When the movers arrived, I talked them through which pieces needed multiple people to carry it... and less than 10 minutes later, one of the movers was rolling my antique dining room table top (wrapped, thankfully) up and down concrete stairs by himself. NO! They also broke my 150+ year old dresser. The company was basically unapologetic and wanted me to fill out a salvage claim. I have seen apathetic fast food workers who were more conscientious than these movers. Do not trust them with your valuable belongings. I wouldn't trust them to clean my toilet. Seriously, I'd give them negative stars if I could. STAY AWAY.
