They won't pay for materials they break. I spent days on the phone communicating that I had a computer and some boxes that I needed moved. Probably the smallest move ever, but kept stating that the one thing I wanted to ensure was safe was my computer. I was assured that they would pack it carefully, and that it would be safe. When they packed it, they used random boxes that were laying around, my house, and some paper that they stuffed in it. The box wasn't labeled "fragile" in any way, and was very poorly packed up. Upon receiving the boxes, they were all crushed. All of my belongings were scuffed up and scraped, and my PC was broken. I was very civil and only wanted them to replace the part in the pc that was broken, and they refused. After a week and a half of calling and trying to get them to address the issue. They offered me a fraction of the cost of the piece they broke. Dont use this company. Although the staff in the office seem nice, the movers really don't care about your things, and the owners have no care for how their employees treat your items.

Great company! Ricky and Timothy were my movers and they were amazing. They were on time, efficient, organized, and focused. Leda coordinated the entire process and I'm so thankful for the way she made everything go smoothly. Definitely recommend this company so far!

Our sincere thanks to Trad for his thoroughness in assessing our move/storage needs. He answered all our questions and provided various bits of information about things we hadn't even thought of! Also, we would like to thank Billy, Tyler, and Stanley for their superb packing & loading skills. They worked non-stop with no breaks until everything was on the truck! All three had great personalities and we enjoyed interacting with them. So glad we chose On Time Moving and Storage; you made it very easy!
