Tl/dr: Run, don't walk, as far as you can from OneRelo! You are better off moving yourself, unless you want to be gouged for money, misled, and have to argue to even get them to move the things they are contracted to move. I never write reviews, but feel compelled to try to help others avoid this horrible company! My experience with OneRelo/RenoRelo was the absolute worst I've ever had with any company doing anything! Their communication is, at best, utterly incompetent. At worst its just deceitful. Contracted through United Van Lines, we worked with One Relo to move from Reno, NV to North Carolina. In hindsight, it would have been a million times less stressful to just move and drive our belongings across the country ourselves than to use them. The nightmare started after we got our initial quote. We didn't have a move date yet but they told us not to worry and assured us that the price would not change "unless we added furniture." Cut to two months later, after our house sold, and we get a new price from them for $2,500 more! Then, on moving day, they just left half our stuff in the house! They nearly jeopardized our closing and had to go back the next day to get everything. They tried to blame us for their incompetence saying we shouldn't have moved stuff to the garage. However, I'd explained that we would be doing that because we had to stage the house! I still can't believe they tried to say this was our fault. After this we didn't trust them to store our belongings as planned. So we rented a storage unit in NC and requested they deliver our belongings there. That is when they told us that there was an additional fee to move to another storage facility! I don't know how that makes sense. After much arguing they agreed to waive that fee and lowered the overall price by a couple hundred dollars. Not much, all things considered, but we'd take it. They told us it would take two weeks to drive. It actually took OVER SIX WEEKS. They said there would be a $100/day delay claim during this time, but then a few days later they tried to take that back and said we would not be credited for the long wait. I had to reach out directly to United Van Lines to learn the truth, that we were entitled to a credit for the delay. And then, finally, they charged our card for the original price, without the small discount they'd promised! So seriously do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE OneRelo!! They're the absolute worst!! If I could have given them zero stars I would have!

For truck driver, dock opened at 9:00 am, don’t come early, coz car blocks dock until 9am.

Josh King, Brian Patton and Sam Cruz showed up with a mask, as safety is the number one concern right now, and were completely professional and kind. Every detail was put in place with the upmost care and done in a quick manner! Could not recommend better movers then these 3!! Will definitely be using them in the future.
