  I want to express my deep gratitude to this company. The process of moving was very fast, professional and did not cause any difficulties. They have all the necessary tools, so moving is as easy as possible and stress-free. They are very careful to all furniture and other items. Also, the guys are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the service of this company.

  Would not recommend. Moved with them. Unfortunately one small item was missing (not sure if lost, stolen or misplaced). Nevertheless, made inquiries to check the truck (no accusation, may be the item fell out of the bag?). It's been a week and I still have not heard from them How professional is that? Also, the drivers did not seem to have tons of experience as movers, took longer than expected, they drove twice as long as they should have from one place to another, all this raise concerns. Recommend using another company. I believe most of their reviews are fake and they subcontract other mocking companies. So no one is responsible afterwards. Use a company that does not subcontract, I'm sure they would care way more about you and your stuff. Don’t use this company....

  Hello Armen, we do not subcontract our work. Each ordered is carefully tracked from helping you get a price quote, to making a reservation, and being there with you during your move date. Alexander and Vlad transported two full truckloads of items for you and completed a detailed walk-trough afterwards confirming that the truck was empty as usual. The following day you called to report a missing trash-bag of clothes. After confirming once again that the truck was empty I talked to the movers about the trash bag and they said that there were over 25+ such black bags and were left in the same general area in your house. Given the size of the move and the fact that we did this in one day is less than your quoted amount and honest hard work. I thought that we had cleared this up during our successive phone calls. When 4 men wait an hour after work for you to complete payment this one star review is very disagreeable.

  Ivan & Slava are two of the best movers I've had the oppertunity to work with. They were fast, friendly, and profession. They wrapped and loaded all my large home pieces of furniture from the fridge to the bed and transported everything safely. The website was responsive and quick to offer both scheduled times and price quotes. One of the best moving companies in L.A., thank you again for the stellar work, One Shot Moving Company!
