  Booked a load and was detained at shipper for 11 hours and detained at receiver for 9 hours. Requested layover pay and have been waiting for a response or update rate confirmation with layover pay for 4 days now. This is not the way Online Transport should treat carriers that haul their loads.

  Wasted my 5 days being on orientation. They terminated me for not perfectly doing the 45° backing. Demanded for my training pay but they told me that they spent and paid enough for the training materials which I'm willing to return. Trainer sucks a TOTAL PERFECTIONIST. The manager stopped replying and responding. They are just good when they want you. The recruiter never divulged everything what's expected during the orientation. They gave only $65 for bus ticket which is not enough to cover the cost going back to Lexington KY from Indianapolis. They even get the rental car key during day 1. The dormitory where they house the trainees are very cold and dusty. Trucks are very old and rusty. NEVER apply to this company, they never CARE!!!!! Think million times before committing to them.

  We work mostly with flatbeds and there we find Corey and Emily as a trusted brokers, always getting the best from the areas they have loads. They are my 1st calls in IA, TN and IN. Looking forward to grow with them even more.
