  Previous owners were decent but now this recent corporate take over is horrible. Price went from $30 to $46 for a small unit. I absolutely can't stand the woman that works there. Rude as hell. They renumbered the units and took down the old row names. I asked a simple question, "Where is row name Truchas?" She screamed, "WE ALREADY SENT OUT THOSE NOTICES". RESPONSE: Well thank you for the offer but I already moved out because of the change of terms. I had agreed to one set of terms with the previous owner but then you came along and changed the terms thus the 50% increase. You could always start but talking to that lady about basic manners. I looked at the other reviews. I'm not the only one who complained about her.

  They are thieves. When I arrived at Otter Self Storage for the first time, there was a lock on my unit that I had rented and paid for on line. Nobody works on site, so I had to call the number on the door, which connected me with someone off site. They told me they could not help me so they would refund the money. Here it is, August 29th, and I still do not have a refund. I have called them, emailed them, spoke to them - there is a $69.78 debit on 6/3, and never has that money been refunded to me. I have to ask them to call me back, and they don't. As of now, almost three months later, nobody will respond or refund my money. Do not rent from them because if you have any problems, good luck.

  Next to impossible to get actual decent customer service. We rented a 5x5 storage unit got there to move in, there was a lock on the door and we couldn't even get into it. Plus the door was oompa loompa sized (like 3 feet tall) so we couldn't even get into it to put things in if we wanted to. This place is awful.
