  Okay, listen and please don’t let what happened to me or the other people on this review happen to you. This company is a scam. I am currently looking into filing a complaint against them because this way of conducting business should not be allowed to continue. I also blamed myself for not looking at the reviews before using their services. They took almost 6 hours to move a one bedroom apartment. They sent two movers that deliberately took their time to move my belongings. They give you a reasonable quote when you call them and by the time you are stuck with them, they will tell you their estimate. We went from an estimated 3 hours to move one bedroom priced at $285 to them using up all the time and requesting I pay up $760 from their estimated time before they could offload my household belongings in the new place. I was devastated and left with no choice but to come off $760 including the $100 deposit totaling $860. They are ready to take your money but not do their part. I wish I had canceled on them and taken the $100 deposit loss. So please be careful with them. Business with them will only leave you frustrated and disappointed. Okay, so they responded to the post but have yet to pick up my calls or respond to my emails about my receipt and refund. It has been over a week since the move and yet no receipt. No information was withheld from them. The city of the move was provided for them and the address updated the morning of the move. The rate quoted was a standard rate (their special rate) for moving so I don’t understand where the deliberate withholding of information comes to play. Also, they have no location. They put a location for other offices as their location so driving there to resolve the issue will yield no result as everything about this company is fake.

  Ozaki Moving Readjusts the invoice and makes the corresponding refund to the client. When there is a distance between the truck and the apartment, for more than 200 feet, as was the case in both locations, and this information is deliberately omitted by the client, an additional cost is generated, in addition to the initial estimated time of the work is misrepresented for obvious reasons.

  Would not recommend Ozaki moving WHATSOEVER. The movers were not professional, did not secure items properly and there was damage. It took them 7 hours to move a 1 BR, 10minutes away!!!! Unbelievable!!! The worse part is, it's been over 1 month since my move and have yet to receive my refund. They take days/weeks to reply to emails and don't answer the phone when you call. When they do reply, the emails are unprofessional. I submitted an insurance claim with them weeks ago and cannot get a proper status update! The items such as my marble table top, were damaged due to the negligence of the movers!!! Stay away from this company...it's not worth it!

  If I could give negative stars I would!!! These people are LIARS!! And THIEVES!!! They quoted me $95/hour and at the end they wanted to charge $1400!!! They lied about their prices, and they were over an hour late. Then half way through love they told me I had to pay balance IN THE MIDDLE OF A MOVE!!! Run from this company!!! I am in contact with lawyer and will be pressing charges.Oh did I mention they hit my husband with their truck and kept driving??? Yes they are unprofessional, thrives and don't care for human life!!! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT HIRE!!

In relation to the incident you mention, the man climbed on the truck, which was stopped, and jumped from it to the ground, maliciously seeking a conflict. all this is observed in the videos of all the surrounding buildings.
