  I love this store. Whenever my business needs to ship via UPS or FedEx, this is where I go. My packages always arrive to their destinations in a timely manner. The shop owners are very friendly too.

  Came in to mail a picture to a friend was told it would be a few minutes to package it… I spent an hour waiting for them to package it. The wife was super rude the whole time and I was definitely over charged

  Went to ship a time sensitive document internationally. I told them I wanted it shipped FEDEX and even though they put it in a FEDEX envelope they shipped is USPS. I paid to have to shipped express ($100) and for 15 days now it just shows "in transit." The USPS tracking is worthless. I called Pack and Mail to see if they could help and they took my number an said they would call me back.... Imagine my shock when they never called me back (had they called back I would not have left this review) Anyways that's my experience. with Pack and Mail who I will never use again or recommend to anyone I know.
