  We had very little to move. We hired them because they worked with our budget. Was only 2 hours of work. They came and were very fast and polite.

  Update: SPITEFUL company. See the owner's response to this review. He says at the end of our conversation, I thanked him for the great customer service. He knows the comment was made sarcastically. Why would I express gratitude for 'great customer service' when they lost my reservation, left me hanging on the last day I was supposed to be moved out of the house, and took forever to (FINALLY) issue the refund. BTW -- I acknowledged I received the refund in my first post. Also, the fact he is posting my personal phone and address (which I no longer live at) is pretty vindictive. Original Post: I used Pack-It Movers once, and they did a fine job. When I tried to use them a second time I dealt with a customer service rep named Anthony J. who was rude and unprofessional. I made a reservation and paid a deposit and received email confirmation of the date and time for my service. They did not show up on the day of service. I called Anthony, who simply just said I had no reservation. I referred to my confirmation email, and he handed me off to a dispatcher. The dispatcher was really nice, and tried to reschedule me for the same day and apologized that my reservation had been lost in the system. They were unable to show up that day. I had no moving help on the last day I had to be out of my home. I emailed Anthony to request a refund of the $50 deposit. He replied with just "ok" and then nothing happened. A few days later, I emailed him to confirm he had initiated the refund. He didn't respond. I attempted to call Pack-It movers management, but Anthony again answered the line. When I told him I wanted to confirm the refund, he acted like he never received the request. I pointed him to the email that he responded to, he said he already refunded it, and that I would get a receipt after we hung up. I did get the receipt, but it was obvious he only started the refund after we called. Even though I had a very good experience the first time, I won't use them again because I don't want to risk having Anthony be responsible for my appointment.

  Pack-It Movers is a hookup. Great prices for quality speedy service. It gets no better than that!
