  Terrible experience. We stored our brand new Travel Trailer there for two weeks before it was broke into. They allowed us to sign up knowing their gate was broke and not operational and lied to us telling us it would be closed every day after 4:30pm. The gate is STILL not working 7 weeks after the police report was filed. Yes a police report was filed but we are still dealing insurance and having to pay out of pocket for all the contents that were stolen due to someone else’s negligence and poor business practices. Will never use them again and would highly suggest not doing business with them.

  We did extend our apologies as the gate was run into 2 days before they rented. We were assured the gate would be repaired within 4 days and unfortunately this did not happen. There are 700 renters who have separate gate codes so it was difficult to determine who ran into the fence and who broke into the RV. The police were alerted and a police report was prepared for the customer's insurance coverage. If there was a way to avoid these very unusual circumstances we would.
