I secured it that day. Rachel was extremely helpful in making sure I got the right storage unit and explaining the payment options. The facility was very clean with nice displays, and the storage unit was clean and ready for us to start moving in our boxes. Thank you for the great service and attention to detail. This business obviously values their customers and has a great staff. I would highly recommend Pack Rat Storage.

I had the opportunity to meet the owner of the storage facility. He has built a well designed facility. I like the options and the area to move around. I have a large truck and trailer and there is no issues driving to and from my unit. The prices are excellent for the area and its month to month without a contract which I like.
