  "This was the worst delivery experience ever! PackMules was scheduled to deliver furniture to my home in Philadelphia. This was not a company I selected, babies r us must work with them. Initially everything started good, I received a call to set up a delivery date and time. I was told to expect a call the day of with a more specific time. Approximately two hours into the delivery window (9-1), I called to see about what time to expect the delivery. I spoke with a woman, who said that I would be hearing from someone soon. Well I did not hear from anyone. I called back at 1pm - which was the end of my delivery window. I spoke with the same woman (she later told me she was the owners wife). The delivery would be late. I asked her why I hadn't been called, but she did not have an explanation. At this point I became frustrated and she became extremely rude. In response to my concerns/complaints she said - "you can either be inconvenienced today or another day" "you can complain to babies r us, but we don't answer to them" "I can have my drivers turn around" "the delivery window doesn't mean that it will be delivered then". She offered to schedule delivery for another day, but the next available date was over a week away! When I said I would be writing a review, she offered to call babies r us to try and get our delivery fee refunded (it wasn't and I never heard anything from her again). After a lot of back and forth, she then told me they would arrive by 2. At two, I called again. Now, I was being told they were in Middletown, DE - which is approximately 70 miles from Philadelphia. In the end, my furniture arrived just after 3 and still needed to be assembled (which took an additional 30+ minutes). Over 6 hours total! The delay was bad, but the costumer service of the woman I spoke with was absolutely horrendous. I have never felt so disrespected! I will never use this company again!"
