The food at this Panera was totally passible. But honestly tastes like most other Panera’s. What was shocking though, is how filthy and run down this location is. There are crumbs on the floor, stains on the walls and ceilings, power plugs don’t work and the furniture is quite literally worn from so much abuse over the years. Solid food but desperately needs a reno.

Manager (Brittany) is extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t make eye contact while speaking to me and seemed bothered when we asked for her help with the soda machine that wasn’t working. Rather than politely saying that the machine will need maintenance, she ignores us, walks back behind the counter and acts like nothing happened. Weird situation and rubbed me the wrong way. Man at the front kiosk was extremely kind and apologized for lack of communication.
