I had a storage unit at this location for a little over a year. Bryan was very helpful in getting things set up. The facility was always clean and kept up. Would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit in this area.

Call on Thursday ask if a 10x20 is available. Yep. Awesome I'll be there tomorrow. Go on Friday, 1:15 door is locked. Wait about 2 hrs and go back. 3 pm I walk in and am met with "I can't do this right now. I have to be in Lowell at 4:30." (Thats 20-30 mins away. Not an hr & a half.) He takes my number and says he'll call when he gets back. The 10x20 is gone so I'll have to take a 10x15. Thats fine. No phone call Friday or Saturday. I call on Sunday tell him who I am and am again met with "I can't. Im in Springfield." He was met with "I needed this today and I told you that Friday. I guess I'll find another business." He sure didnt seem too concerned. I typically don't write reviews but this was 100% ridiculous and very bad service. I would find somewhere else.
