  They charged me double the amount I was told. This was a 5 mile move from a 3 bedroom home. We’re we’re quoted $2,500 - which was fair. Prior to the move, I called their office and discussed that I may need two days of storage and wanted a quote. They told me that it would be easier on them just to keep it on the truck than to move it back and forth between storage - wouldn’t be an extra charge. Day of the removal - staff were courteous and friendly. One staff did pull me aside and offered to do the move solely with him for a cheaper price - which I declined. Halfway through getting the items off the truck, the supervisor hands be the invoice. $5,100. When I discussed how this was double the quoted price, he stated they needed the truck and, therefore charged me to take the items off, place them in storage, and then put them back on the truck. He stated he didn’t charge me for storage, just the labor involved. This was highly inappropriate and they never stated this was a possibility and was completely different from what was discussed over the phone. Lesson learned- get everything n writing.

  I had a very good moving experience with this company. I called for a number of estimates, as I was moving from Syracuse to Rochester… This is the only company that called me back. I paid a very fair price. They were on time, called before they arrived, very polite and worked very quickly. I moved from a 2 bedroom town house to a 2 bedroom townhouse 1hr and 15 minutes away. Everything completed by 12:00 pm. I would use them again and would also recommend their services. Happy Customer…

  Terrible. Their estimate was way off and I paid the price. They moved me from a one bedroom apartment to another apartment in the same complex. I had no bedroom dressers or living room furniture other than a TV and Stand. I am the only person in the household and all kitchen items where already moved before they arrived. They estimated 3 men and 4 hours. One of the guy's were always on a break as two worked. They were extremely slow so they could meet the estimated hours. They even left things in my apartment that I asked them to move. The cost $850. Stay away from this company. I have called them, sent an email and a letter and no response.
