  Dude helped all the phone customers instead of asking them to hold so I spent an extra 20 minutes just standing there for him to just take a photocopy of an i.d .... Then he tells us to wait outside he'll get us from our car when the truck is ready . we wait another 15 minutes then go look. Trucks been ready and dudes doing other stuff. Truck inspection said no damage and there was damage to seats . fire extinguisher . flat beds gate walls had missing hardware as well as the latch that secures them to the truck found that 16 hours later when we needed to assemble the gate.. Mayby next time will be better

  Found service and accommodations of specific requests timely and very effective for my individual move. Am satisfied of sanitized standard for interior of cab AND cargo hold each occasion rentals have been secured.
