Wish the experience was better, but i had few complaints from the -receiving- party, more in general equipment abilty/performance. As far as the truck. Extremely slow up hills. Not just mountains but even 3-5% grades. We were lucky to average 40 mph some hours. The tow had double pivot points. Hitch and a pivot point ON the tow. Resulted in less than reliable backing up/parking. We also were gracious enough to overfill the gas tank upon return (by about 10 gallons) and even after talking to the "clerk" and being assured there would be a "return" on our card we had zero compensation. My biggest issue of all though ultimately was the lack of time given to move. We rented on a 8th and returned the 13th. Got 1 day to "pack" 2-3 days to drive 1300 (again some hours lucky to reach 40 mph-32 hour drive if NO sleep), and 1 day to unload before returning. Being a 100% disabled vet was a bit difficult to meet their agenda. Ultimately wish i had more time, better equipment, compensation for the gas i provided OVER the amount required, and just wish things were smoother overall.

This place was awesome! I believe the lady's name was Ashley and we haven't had any better service anywhere else . Best rental experience and we have rented a lot of rentals. 5 🌟 all the way!

Dude was sleeping in his car. The photos are very misleading. Its just one guy in a room who very slowly gives you a rental. If i could give it no stars i would. Have a nice day
