You have to go the "Tool Rental" department to drop off or pick up any Penske truck rentals. The staff are very helpful and friendly! They make the process nice and easy!

I reserved a truck with this location in advance and on the morning of the rental day I was called and told that they actually didn't have the truck I reserved at this location. They told me that they found a truck at another location that was "within 10 miles" (it actually ended up being over 10 miles away), so I said "ok, sure". When I arrived at the other location, they actually did not have that truck for me.

Penske seems to have very competitive pricing for their trucks. We rented a 16' for our recent move, and it was ready to go when we went to pick it up. When we went to slide the ramp back in after loading, however, it wouldn't latch in all the way - it was slightly bent, and we knew we hadn't damaged it. We ended up securing it with a ratchet strap and all was well. When we returned it the employee just shrugged and said they knew it was like that when we checked it out - yeesh! Kinda wish they'd pointed it out. Otherwise I was happy with the experience. They offered us a credit back for returning the truck early which we gladly took advantage of!
