Reserved a 12 foot high roof cargo van, went to pick it up and Home Depot and they didn’t have it. Home Depot called Penske and the response was “oh sorry but we don’t have one available”. Home Depot was great. Penske gets the one-star for not delivering on there promise. Poor way of doing business.
