  Was told I couldn't get it from where I made the reservation for as they were closed on Sundays and gave me an amount that I was going by for where they sent me to pick up a truck at a different location but was more expensive so was unable to get it. Was so very disappointed.

  $449 to rent a truck going 32 miles for one day? Hahahahahahahaha no.

  Hello Taylor. That rate does sound a bit high. Were you looking at a one-way or a local quote. If you are only going 32 miles one-way, a local rental would be your cheapest option. You would have to return the truck to the same location, but it would most likely be a lot cheaper. One-way rentals are meant for long distance moves.
