Ive had to change my reservation twice now, & the customer service has been outstanding, even offering advice that saved me quite a bit of money. After a few more reservation changes, I finally picked up my rental truck this morning. It was very painless. So far, any truck rentals I may need in the future will be with Penske. No doubt about it. I almost forgot... The truck seems to be in outstanding condition. Very impressive!
