  I have been trying to purchase a truck from Penski. It took 3 months to do so. First it took about a month for them to get paperwork in order. Every time I had to ask them to send me the documents. The first truck Penski was unable to fix so they asked me to pick another truck. Then once they got everything situated and truck is ready for pick up there were multiple issues with the truck. The support bars were loose. I have asked for it to be reinforced. Paint on top of the cabin was coming off, needed to be fixed. It took them several weeks to get done. Second time I came back to pick up the truck there was again: peeling off paint on top of the cabin, a hole in the truck body that would cause damage to transported goods by water. They another month to fix that. Once I came for pick up yet again the truck was missing a battery cover which thankfully, they fixed right on the spot. All together it took 3 months to get the truck on hand. By now I still unable to use the truck because Penski did not send the correct title to lender so I can’t register the truck to operate it. Every time I call someone tells me a different information, meanwhile, I have already paid for the truck and unable to use it. So far this was a horrible experience with buying the vehicle and I am not sure when I will be able to use my truck that is simply sitting without purpose. Now I have a truck that I am paying for but unable to use and forced to rent a truck the same time instead of using the one I have purchased. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
