  Nice to deal with professionals after the other company left us stranded when the truck broke down. Penske staff had us back on the road and they were a better price than the low Budget place we originally rented from.

  rented a 26 ft Penske truck in Dothan ever since we got the truck gets cut off a total of 9 times in the last 2 days roadside assistance came out today cuz we had to leave the truck on the side of the road at a rest area the roadside assistance said that the fuel valve was bad the customer roadside assistance Personnel that I spoke to did call and confirm they also had to put new tires on the back cuz it was rocking back and forth those chunks of Tire missing the last roadside assistance person I spoke to said sorry I have to sir I have to hurry and get off the phone she stated to me that they would reimburse us for the motel / Hotel and then when she got off the phone she thought it was hung up she told somebody sitting beside her I am tired I blew him off and I need a drink so we come back to this Penske service center here in Mobile they said everything was fine I get in the truck I crank it up I step out of the truck as soon as I stepped out walk to the front truck at shut off again now they're talking about switching trucks even though we got it fully loaded and it's fixing to rain like hell.

  Zack Wilson at the Mobile Al location is awesome!!!! Very polite and helpful was willingly to go the extra mile to address my concern of an rental being return. I attempted to resolve this issue with the location where I dropped the truck off at with no success but Zack was able to assist me Thank you so much
