I made an online reservation a week ahead & Immediately got a text that my cargo van would be ready for me at 7am on the correct day. Great price. Day before rental I received same reminder text, cool. Next day I show up at 7:30a to find they don't have the cargo van for one way travels. They were going to give me a 12ft truck for same price but they didn't have any for at least a couple hours. Well, isn't that cool when I am already to load up & drive a couple hundred miles?! I asked what truck they could give me right now. In 30mins a 16ft truck was delivered with full gas tank, a broken windshield high up & a nail in the front tire. I took the truck & left to go fill the bed & leave PA. I was an hour behind schedule, but not too bad. I wished they had my reserved vehicle and that it was available when promised. Otherwise my move was uneventful.

Great place to rent a box truck for an excellent price! The truck was clean and in great shape. The associate that helped me was fabulous. She was very professional and helpful. I will definitely return for my next box truck rental.
