  I am so thankful I rented from here. I was so nervous in general about moving out of state (and especially moving my furniture and belongings) but I visited this Penske site and Stony helped dissolve my worries. He explained all their options and policies. He gave me all the information on truck rentals I needed to review and decide what was best for me. It was one of the best transactions ever. Also, the truck was new, it was 26 ft long (which was a challenge for me, but an free upgrade since there were no 22 ft available at the pickup date). Stony also showed me where all the controls on the truck and including the trailer attachment for the car, and how to use them.Thanks for the great service!

  We rented a truck from home Depot and it broke down at the Dover landfill, called service and they sent out Adam. He called me and let me know he was on his way and when he got there he promptly went through with trying to get us back on the road. When he realized he wasn't going to be able to get the truck running for us he called Maddie and she personally brought us out a new truck so we wouldn't be stuck waiting. These 2 are great members on your staff and I can't thank them enough for the excellent service that I was provided on my personal time. I work for red k ight distribution and we do all of our service here and I'm glad that I was taken care of, thank you
