  My experience with penske in the bronx at 1985 Bruckner blvd was awesome the women manager ms. Gloria is amazing very professional and she cares about the customers well being she loves her job I appreciated my service there and I definitely recommend people to visit and rent there if you want to receive excellent customer care

  This review is long over due but I would gladly recommend Penske especially at this location. They were able to provide me a guaranteed truck when no had one available to drive and drop off out of state. Gloria provided exceptional customer service. she was very patient and very kind during the entire process of me picking up my reserved truck and went out of her way to make the transaction as easy as can be. I Appreciate her service.

  My experience with Penske was great despite some minor mechanical challenges, which were really nobody's fault. Gloria and her team were fantastic. On top of doing her job perfectly she also managed to make this process pain free, so thank you! I would use Penske again and will only rent through this location as the customer service was great. Thanks!
