This was the easiest part of moving and it was all because of Mary. She made it so easy and was so kind and went out of her way for us. We cannot thank her enough. We highly recommend and we will be back as a repeat client. Thank you Mary!!!!

Customer service is A1! The panel van was ready for pick (and clean)as stated to me the day before pickup. What is also great is that if you are AAA member you receive 12.5% off of rental rate and mileage. And if you are military or retired military there is an additional ten percent off the rental price! (no milage though). If I ever need another rental, these people will get my business.

Had a pickup scheduled at 1:30 pm for July 3rd. Got a voicemail at 12:10 pm from a Mary/Maria (?) saying she would be leaving at 1pm for the 4th so if we didn’t get it by then we wouldn’t be able to pick up. Why schedule a pickup at 1:30 then? No apology for the inconvenience either.
