Had a 26 ft, dock high truck rented from another company. We needed the truck for a delivery that had to be made that day. When we arrived, no truck....and they had not had one in inventory for the past week. Called Penske and the team was able to get us a truck to Lafayette so we could get on the road that morning. They got us out of a tough spot. Good people. They have our trucking business from now on. Pricing was good. Truck was in good condition.

They demanded someone who rented truck to drop out of freedom convoy or they would shut down truck remotely

Made reservation, said pick up time was 10. Called at 10 to confirm reservation was available. Guy said truck was on the way and they'll call me when it's available. Called back at 1 to see if there was an update. Person who answered said there person responsible was on lunch and would call me back when he returned. Never received a call. Had to make arrangements elsewhere.
