The guy in the parking lot who checks your milage and fuel was a little prickly, but it really is super convenient that he's there at all. Going inside to turn in keys was a breeze and the lady at the counter was bubbly, polite, and pleasant.

Fast and friendly service. Employees are extremely nice and generous and explained all the details very well. Helped us with choosing right size truck which saved us tons of money. Advice on insurance and inspection of the vehicle. How to tow a car and proper ways to strap it down. I will definitely recommend this place. I will be a forever customer.
