My company needed to rent a truck for an annual holiday delivery, and as always we went with Penske. This year, like every year prior, they had a clean truck with a full tank waiting for us, and they got us out the door and on the road in a matter of minutes. Their customer service associate was incredibly friendly and professional. I look forward to doing business again with them late next year!

Booked a refrigerated truck online 4+ weeks in advance. Received an email confirmation and reminder. Show up to pick up the truck, and was told online reservations are not a thing and they have no truck for me. Zero stars would be more applicable. The guy at the desk said I should have called to reserve the truck, however this was not on the website at all.
