Granted they waited on me on a Saturday an extra 20 mins because I was running behind, but the truck was dirty and hadn't been cleaned out and did not have a full tank of gas. I did not have any problems with the truck, but returning it was a whole different story. I returned the truck in time, left the keys and paperwork in thge drop box and came home after a long day of moving. First, on Monday I get a call from the main office asking if th e truck was going to be returned, well I already returned it from where I picked it up. So I call the Bartlesville office and am told that the computers were down on Monday and that's y it wasn't checked in, but she had no idea if the truck was even there and had to go outside to check and to get the keys and paperwork. So she lied about the computers being down and never even bothered trying after it was returned. Second, she had no idea how many miles I had driven, so she never checked that. Third, i was charged $65.00 for a quarter tank of gas that wasn't there when I picked it up, but left it with more gas than it had before. Forth, I still had to call a third time and day to get this resolved. She was very disorganized and acted like she had no idea what she was doing. She tried to avoid telling me what my final charges were by telling me to look at my paperwork, which was quoted for 59.99 but I was charged $136.00. Had to call the Tulsa office only to be told that she already called and straightened out the problem, and that it was a mistake for the $65.00 gas charge. My paperwork stated it was not full........how do I accidentally get charged for something that clearly states it was not full. Overall the experience was bad and a lil time consuming, I feel that I was overcharged on purpose, and nobody in the offices seemed to care. So I will not be using this company again. Moving is already stressful enough, I didn't need this extra.

Scheduled a pickup of a truck for noon. Got there and found out they close at noon. Could have told me that ahead of time.
