Penske is a troubled organization in itself, but this particular location gave me arguably the worst experience leasing a vehicle in my entire life. Although, the tractor-trailers are new and in good shape, they are usually in need of basic maintenance. Customer service is awful, and bitterly uncourteous. If you can, please avoid spending your hard earned money at Penske, but please avoid this location all-together. Horrible experience, and the customer service was the worst.

Called ahead for EGR sensor repair, Jimmy the master mechanic removed the sensor cleaned it then cleared the code and all that took less than 25 minutes… you can’t find that lvl of superior service very often anymore. A big 5 star THANK YOU PENSKE of Tulsa, OK.

I stopped in at this Penske on Pine Street in Tulsa and they refilled my axle differential because it has a leak on top of that they washed my tractor for me this is exemplary service and extremely professional all this work was done in a timely manner I would like to extend a thank you to the crew at this particular Penske thanks again for a service well performed
