  Picking up our 16 ft rental truck was really smooth. Mayra was professional and helpful. I would recommend renting from this location. Side note: when you make a reservation check back frequently for rate changes as I was able to find a cheaper one and call to have them honor the lower rate.

  I was in a jam Beca and Mayra were really helpful in resolving my Issue these two were underrated by previous review they really went above and beyond- to get me and my issue resolved No EXCUSES! no WORDS! ~ I really think they need to be recognized for they Hard work and determination and loyalty to the PENSKE name. Sincerely a loyal Customer.

  The truck was very clean, gassed up, and ready to go. Mayra was super-helpful in getting the agreement finished and found extra blankets and a hand-truck for me to use. She was also VERY friendly and did not rush me even though I was there just as here lunch break was about to start. She stayed and got the job done.
