I felt robbed I was charged $556 for a one way rental and told their were no deposits returning when the truck was clean and in good condition. Moving from another state you already have to pay security deposits, credit checks etc why take extra money from your customers? Was truly disappointed with the service I received as a valued customer. Hopefully they will improve after reading this review.
