As I had told Matt when I had rented the Ford Transit last month I was so impressed with the Exceptional service as always. I don’t actually do many review. Although the fact the still honor customer loyalty I feel I have to write a review. I was quoted a certain price for a limited time and it was not upheld on the website I made the reservation anyway and when I got to the business. They understood that it was a website issue not only did they keep the original quote Matt added two extra days for the assurance that I would have the time I need to drive across country as well as he was able to find a drop off location within 10 miles of my destination. For long moving hauls Penske Is and will always be my family’s first choice for rental vehicles

Online there seemed to be a pickup truck available to rent, but once I got there I found out they do not offer them at all and my reservation was easily remedied with a box truck. They were fast and friendly, easy to pick up a rental and return. Box truck was higher than uhaul prices though.
