CALL FIRST! DON'T TRUST THE WEBSITE for reserving a vehicle. I made special arrangements to get dropped off at the location, meet my client at 8:30 with the truck to load, and then meet another client at 10:30 an hour away. Penske wasn't open at 8 am like they say; they did show up at 8:10. only to tell me they had NO TRUCKS....only vans. What good is it to allow reservations online if they aren't up to date? Went a mile down the road to U-Haul on 6th Street where they had about 50 trucks for the same rate ready to go with NO RESERVSATION. Do yourself a favor.

Moving from Gainesville to Ohio, 26’ truck with a car carrier. It was my only experience at this Penske location, but it was great. The staff was really helpful and concerned about my moving. Sherie Hall was outstanding on making sure my truck was ready to go, by being very proactive and efficient. Akasha Peltzer was also great on setting things up for me. Finally, Mr. Kenny went above and beyond what was expected from him, really great. I’m thankful to all the staff at Penske Gainesville, my trip was flawless. I highly recommend this location.
