  Online stated a truck was available, but when I went in Homedepot this was not the case although 3 trucks were in the parking lot.

  Yeah, I went in to rent a car hauler for a couple hours and was informed that I needed to rent a truck to pull it even though I have one that is more than capable of pulling a house down. I asked for a quote, at which time I was given between $800 and $900... I rented one from U-haul for $55 instead.

  The Penske rental from the Home Depot in Elizabethtown was a lifesaver! My dad and I had just spent three hours trying to chase down a U-Haul (from E’town to Radcliff, and now directing us to Clarkson) that we had reserved for an E’town pickup two weeks in advance. Exhausted, we pulled into the Home Depot, where the service desk gave us the Penske number. Jackson at Penske was very helpful, matched the Uhaul price, and had us in the perfect Penske truck out of that same Home Depot parking lot within 30 minutes. (Lonnie at the Home Depot service desk was also so kind and helpful).
