So we paid for a truck to go on a trip not even close to an hour and a half and then the break light comes on we tried figuring things out we got it figured out yes but then about 5 hours after driving the truck was acting up we had to stop and have a macanic come out to us and when he got there he told us that the truck can't run and that he can't fix it it literally turned from an 11 hour trip to a 48 hour trip and had to book two separate hotels because we're stranded this is the worst place that I have ever rented a truck from

Excellent trucks they run great. Good for a long haul and almost half as much in price than uhaul. It would be nice if the radios were Bluetooth or Atleist had a AUX plug in it.

Definitely enjoyed renting with Penske more than their main competitor (for personal moving). Their website is easy to use, the costs are upfront and honest, the truck had no issues getting picked up, and the prices were more than affordable. Thanks Penske!
