  I Didnt have time to leave a proper review the other day. To start off with, I had a great experience with Penske truck rental service at the Kerville location (home depot on Sidney Baker). Janie and Laurie(?) were so helpful and went out of their way to get me taken care of. Janie was being trained on the process and when it didn't go her way due to a computer issue, she did the pro move of asking laurie(?) to switch customers so that counter service wasn't slowed down. Alex (again with the names) came with her to show me the vehicle and get the paper worked out. they both helped me attach the car carier to the truck. I normally deal with U-haul. I actually rent a pickup from them at least 2 or 3 times a month. not once have i had any customer service experience with u-haul as good as the one i had the other day. If penske provided pickup truck rentals in my area (north Austin/round rock) i would def rent from them the negative? the guys on the receiving end of the truck rental (home depot rental counter) in ********* city were far less customer service oriented and far less welcoming / friendly. I'm not looking for bubbly/effervescent behavior but there was definitely a marked difference between the Kerville and ********* city reps. happy with my rental and service would rent again.

  You would think that Penske would be concerned with the health of the community and disinfect the trucks!!! NO they are not concerned, the truck is filthy!!! Steering wheel and all around drivers area had clearly not been wiped down! Very disappointed when we are in the middle of a pandemic!!

  Used Penske twice within the last year to get in to my new apartment. Costs are reasonable. Truck was clean, and ran well.
