  We rented a truck for our move to Las Vegas. We picked it up on 1/8/2022. We were loading up our things and I took a bad fall from the truck onto the pavement. I hit the ground face first and I got a big gash in my forehead. I was rushed to the emergency room. I ended up having to get stitches. This would not have happened if there had been a grab handle on the back of the truck. There was one on the other side but none on the side I fell from. I had 2 black eyes and the big gash on my forehead. I am still suffering from the pain and I will have a big scar on my forehead. I have looked at other moving trucks and they all have handles on both sides. This whole thing would have avoided if there had been the handles on both sides. I have pictures of my injuries and I will be glad to send them to you. Please respond soon or I will need to contact an attorney.

  I happened to be following a penske truck on hwy 89 on 2-3-22 at about 12:30. I witnessed the driver throwing trash out the window- candy wrappers or something similar and kentucky fried chicken box. Total disregard and No respect for the world we all have to share together. People like this are why we have climate crisis. I will never be renting from penske.

  I picked up a truck for company I work for.i have been working with Penske trucks over 5 year now and I do pick up trucks everywhere in the USA but this location is the worst one.they deserve 1star .I wish I can give them less than a star.didnt clean in the cabin.didnt wash the truck in and out when I went to ask about it she said i clean it by myself . I don't recommend this place to rent a car or a truck .rude ppl in there .don't get stress just change the pick up location.i hope this help you little bit.thank you
